4.4. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

5.1. ZHi delivers within South Africa. Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. ZHi is not liable for delays beyond our control.

5.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct. ZHi will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

6.1. Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

6.2. Delivery fees for returns are non-refundable unless the product is defective or an error was made by ZHi.

6.3. Custom-made or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
