At ZHi, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day exchange warranty on all items. This warranty covers the structural integrity of our products, guaranteeing that they meet our quality standards.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damages that occur after delivery.


1. Exchange Guidelines

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  1. Items must be in their original packaging.
  2. Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  3. Any defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos sent to info@zhi.co.za.

2. What’s Covered

  • Structural Integrity: Our warranty ensures that your product is free from manufacturing defects.
  • Exchange Options: If your item is eligible, we will gladly exchange it for the same product.

3. What’s Not Covered

  1. Post-Delivery Damages – Any damages that occur after delivery are not covered under this warranty.
  2. Fit or Space Issues – We cannot take responsibility for items that do not fit in your space or any damages caused while attempting to fit them. We provide accurate measurements and descriptions to help you make informed decisions.
  3. Third-Party Installations – We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party installations.
  4. Non-Warranty Items – If an item does not carry a warranty, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

4. Important Notes

  • Handling Fee: As our products are made to order, a 15% handling fee will be deducted from all returns and exchanges for a different product.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for returns and exchanges for a different product are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate an Exchange for a Damaged Product

Follow these steps to request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@zhi.co.za within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos of the defect or damage (if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Return shipment will be arranged for damaged items.
  5. Ship at your own expense for returns and exchanges for a different product.
