Promotions Terms and Conditions

These Promotions Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all promotions, discounts, vouchers, and special offers (“Promotions”) offered by ZHi, a division of Zabstar (Pty) Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in our Promotions, customers (“you”) agree to these Terms.
1. General Terms
1.1. Promotions are valid for a limited time only and are subject to availability.
1.2. Promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts, vouchers, or offers unless explicitly stated.
1.3. ZHi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel Promotions at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Promotions are available to customers residing in South Africa only.
2.2. Employees of ZHi and their immediate family members are not eligible for participation unless stated otherwise.
3. Discount Codes and Vouchers
3.1. Discount codes and vouchers are valid for one-time use only and must be applied at checkout.
3.2. Expired codes or vouchers will not be honored.
3.3. Codes and vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Specific Promotions
4.1. Each Promotion may have additional terms and conditions specific to the offer. These will be stated on the relevant promotional material or webpage.
4.2. In case of conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific terms will apply.
5. Refunds and Returns
5.1. If an item purchased using a promotional discount is returned, the refund will reflect the promotional price paid.
5.2. Promotions are not reissued for exchanged items unless specified.
6. Abuse and Fraud
6.1. ZHi reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse service, or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent use or misuse of Promotions.
6.2. Any attempt to manipulate or exploit Promotions will result in disqualification.
7. Liability
7.1. ZHi is not responsible for technical issues or errors that may prevent you from participating in Promotions.
7.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZHi disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from or related to participation in Promotions.
