Delivery Policy

At ZHi, a division of Zabstar (Pty) Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process for all your purchases. This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of items purchased from ZHi.
1. Delivery Areas
1.1. We deliver to most locations within South Africa.
1.2. If your address is outside our standard delivery zones, additional delivery fees or extended delivery times may apply. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm arrangements before dispatch.
2. Delivery Times
2.1 Delivery times vary based on the size and shipping class of your order:
- Small & Medium Items: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days. These include compact furniture pieces and décor items that are easier to handle and transport.
- Large & Extra Large Items: Estimated delivery within 15-21 business days. These are bulkier furniture pieces that require additional handling, specialized packaging, and coordinated logistics to ensure safe delivery.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery (https://zhi.co.za/track-order/). Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as high order volumes, holidays, or unforeseen delays in transit. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact our support team for updates.
2.2. Orders placed after 14:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.3. Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or logistical challenges) may cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed.
3. Delivery Fees
3.1. Delivery fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
3.2. Free delivery may be available for promotions or orders exceeding a specified amount. Terms and conditions apply.
4. Order Tracking
4.1. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
4.2. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Receiving Your Order
5.1. A responsible person must be available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the items.
5.2. Please inspect your items upon delivery. If there is any damage or missing items, notify us immediately at 010 065 5177 or via WhatsApp at 068 115 6191.
5.3. If no one is available to receive the delivery:
- A second delivery attempt may be arranged at an additional cost, or
- The order may be returned to our facility.
6. Delivery Restrictions
6.1. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
6.2. Large or heavy items may require special delivery arrangements. Additional fees and extended delivery times may apply.
7. Failed Deliveries
7.1. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related issues:
- We will contact you to reschedule delivery. Additional fees may apply.
7.2. If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts, the order may be canceled, and refund policies will apply.
